People globally should eat healthy diets for a zero hunger world, the United Nations (UN) Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) has said in a booklet that it released ahead of World Food Day on October 16. Shifting to a healthier diet by eating more seasonal fruits and vegetables and reducing the consumption of junk food could help in meeting the ‘zero hunger’ goal of the UN-mandated Sustainable Development Goals, the document said.
